公司为香港高飞控股集团下属企业，目前坐落在镇江市句容经济开发区。将来会在常州金坛中德产业园建设新生产基地。
1. Implement and maintain a local ESH Management System according to IOS45001 & ISO14001. 根据IOS45001和ISO14001实施和维护本地ESH管理体系。
2. Develop and maintain local ESH standard in the field of Machine Safety, Occupational safety and Fire Prevention and Protection.制定和维护机器安全、职业安全和防火领域的公司ESH标准；
3. Support the establishment of a safety culture within the plant by developing and providing appropriate tools and methods to prevent and analyze deviations or unsafe conditions. (e.g., hazard analysis and evaluation and job safety analysis and evaluation)开发和提供适当的工具和方法，防止和分析偏差或不安全条件，支持在工厂内建立安全文化。（如危害分析与评价、工作安全分析与评价）
4. Accomplish accident investigation and report, track and push the corrective and preventive actions.事故调查和报告，跟踪和推动纠正和预防措施。
5. Assist to organize drills, including fire drill, work-related injury drill, etc.组织应急演练，包括消防演练、工伤演练等
6. Implement annual ESH training to improve employees’ safety awareness and track effectiveness of trainings, and push training improvement.年度ESH培训，提高员工安全意识，跟踪培训效果，推动培训改进
7. Develop and fulfill contractor ESH performance evaluation plan.并完成承包商ESH绩效评估方案；
8. Keep contractor relevant records, including certificate, work permit, training records, accidents report and etc.承包商相关记录，包括证书、工作许可证、培训记录、事故报告等
9. Regular perform compliance monitoring in the field of applicable permits and regulations and prepare evidence of such activities.执行适用许可证和法规领域的合规性监控，并准备此类活动的证据
10. Develop, implement and maintain an internal emergency organization (First Aid, Fire Prevention and Protection).实施和维护内部应急组织（急救、防火和保护）
11. Collect, update, record, recognize and evaluate legal requirements.收集、更新、记录、识别和评估法律要求
12. Make and implement action plan to fix non-compliance.制定并实施行动计划，以解决不合规问题
13. Other assignments required by the supervisor and company regarding EHS function.主管和公司要求的与EHS职能相关的其他任务
任职要求：
1. Fundamental knowledge in ESH regulations and technology (especially: waste management, risk analysis, occupational health).法规和技术的基础知识（特别是：废物管理、风险分析、职业健康）
2. Fundamental knowledge in emergency organization and management (fire prevention and protection, spill control).组织和管理的基础知识（防火和保护、泄漏控制）
3. Education on Management Systems (ISO 14001, IOS45001).体系的知识和经验 （ISO 14001，IOS45001）
4. Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science or equivalent安全工程、化学工程或环境科学学士学位或同等学历
